Include Bananas In Your Diet Today..

Its no news that majority of women in the world today struggle with excess weight,especially in west Africa due to the high carbohydrate food we consume on a daily base including myself.

Today i will share with you my detox routine,Its easy to make,doesn't cost much also the products are easily accessible

STEP 1. 
              Get the following ingredients
      1. 2 Bananas (frozen or room temperature)
      2. Honey
      3. 1 Alvarado
      4. Liquid Milk  

STEP 2.
               Process

       Get a blender pour in the bananas mine are frozen,make such you cut them into two or three just to ease the blending

Pill out the skin and pour into the blender,at the point you can add 1tsp of honey


Add a cup of milk, I used 3crown milk because its made from vegetable fat. And finally blend at top speed, You could blend with Ice if you'll prefer





This is the finally result, extremely nourishing and tasty. It could be made in 5mins tops, Its a lovely shack for detoxing and could be Incorporated into your diet.
