Brushes 101

Hi guys, so sorry about last weekend i could not post to reasons beyond my control but i promise this week will be different. Monday is here again,you can add a little learning along side work today and use your brushes correctly to get the desired result from your products.

I saw this picture on Instagram and am sure its really going to help a reader of this blog

1. Beauty blender: Blend foundation and liquid products.
2. Kabuki brush: Apply heavier, all-over powder eg bronzer,blush and shimmer.
3.Power brush: Apply both looose,and compact mineral powder all over the face
4.Fan brush: Dust light powder like highlighter all over the face
5.Contour brush: Add definiation to cheekbones to create a contoured look.
6.Concealer brush: Apply and blend concealer to avoid a caked-on look
7.Dome shadow brush: Apply powder eye shadow to the eye led
8.Angled liner brush: Apply a liquid/gel liner or eye-shadow, use to fill and shape your brows.
